Gatherings

A shared table starts with a useful brief.

A future route for small daytime gatherings, workplace lunches and food to collect, once an operator approves capacity and service.

Start with fit

The format should follow the group, not the other way around.

A useful first conversation separates a table in the cafe from food prepared for collection. It also makes the date, timing, guest count and dietary questions visible before anyone promises a menu.

Morrow & Moss does not currently accept group bookings or catering orders. Capacity, lead times, prices, collection arrangements and service boundaries all require operator approval.

01

In the room

A shared cafe table

A possible route for a small daytime group, subject to the real venue layout, normal service and confirmed capacity.

02

To collect

Food for a workplace or meeting

A possible collection route for sandwiches, bowls, pastries and drinks once packaging and food-safety processes exist.

03

Simple hosting

Coffee and bakery selection

A lighter route for a daytime pause, with quantities and collection timing agreed in advance.

Prepare the first enquiry

Put the practical decisions in one place.

  • Preferred date and the time the food or table is needed
  • Expected guest count and whether it may change
  • Cafe table, collection or another format
  • Food and drink direction rather than a fixed assumed menu
  • Allergy or dietary questions that need a direct conversation
  • One contact who can confirm the final plan

Before confirmation

A real operator needs room to say what is workable.

The cafe must check capacity, normal service, preparation time, ingredient information, packaging and collection before confirming anything. A clear boundary is better than a vague promise.

Once the scope is agreed, the written confirmation should cover the menu, quantities, timing, price, payment, changes and collection or table arrangements.

Useful questions

What to know before relying on the details.

01 Can I book a group table now?

No. No venue, capacity or booking process is represented by this demonstration.

02 Does Morrow & Moss deliver catering?

No delivery or collection service is currently offered or claimed.

03 Can the menu be adapted for dietary needs?

That requires a direct discussion with the eventual operator about ingredients, preparation and cross-contact.
